Oh, What Fun!

Each year, our neighborhood has a winter social.  The homeowners association puts it together, and we all meet in one of the parks for lunch, music, games, crafts, a bounce house, and visits with Santa.  The icing on the cake is that they even truck in shaved ice snow for our little desert rats to experience.  The kids love it!

They made and threw snowballs at each other.

They went sledding down the teeny, tiny hill.

And Elizabeth even made a snowman this year!

(Maybe someday we could create a snowman at Fitness with Friends after all.)

Last year, we were lucky enough to win an air popper for popcorn as a door prize.  This year, Brian won a Snuggie.  A Snuggie!  It's even Christmas-themed.  Oh man.  

What fun, indeed. Ha!
